Hello,
This is very disappointing to tell you that i am living in b17 islamabad as tenant. I have received bill of 25000 for the month of january 2020. I have been paying bill as independent since 2012 and in last 9 years i would have paid this huge amount in 9 years.
I am surprised to receive this bill. One thing i Have only one stove with two burners in house and i have received such a huge and unexpected bill. I have shut the valve of meter and still meter was running. How comes?
Please send your representative and resolve my issue. Because i can not afford this huge amount.
