I placed an online order for Winter male Sweater Qty-02 EA to Eling.PK @ Rs 1000 but received a packet through TCS CN 77261354013 dated 24-01-2020 which was received at TCS Kamra Attock office on 28-01-2020. I paid Rs 1000 to TCS office. Upon opening the packet at home, for my utter surprise, the item was 2nd hand female furkote (hoodie) instead of 02 Ea sweater. I approached TCS Office Karachi on inquiry Phone No 021-111123456 on 29-01-2020 for non payment to the fraud company and retain the payment till the clearance of query in the consignment. I am trying my level best but nil contact with the shipper. I am also working for legal actions against this Fraud company. Your co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
