I am naveed khan from islamabad and my number is 0321-5130255. on wednesday 19 oct some lady whose number is 03237691051 called me and told me that she is calling me from warid franchise university road sargodha and told me to convert my pre-paid number to post paid and told me the fake benefits of converting to post paid. However i agree to convert to postpaid and she told me to deposite 1500 pkr as a security. when i deposited 1500 pkr she suspended my service from yesterday 20 oct and still my service is suspend i am not allowed to call any number and i am not recieving any call and sms on my number which is very disappointing. i am very angry as i am unable to do my business from two days i cannot call anybody. Please note that i am very old customer of warid and u people are doing this with me. another number of that lady is 03242400124. now she is not attending my call from yesterday and i am very disappoint from warid service.I have all msgs as proof which she send to me from 321. please just convert back my number from post paid to prepaid and please return back me my money of pkr 1500 to my account so that i can continue my work. if this is not done by today i will turn off my this sim (03215130255) permenantly and will approach high to complaint about your poor service and missguidence and will do whatever i can to get my money back. i have two other warid numbers which are giving u so much business and i will turn off those two permenantly. please do something for me as soon as possible.
