I have been a customer at MCB Bank for almost a year holding A/C # 0784 9788 3100 4924. Due to insufficient balance they were unable to deduct annual ATM Card charges and consequently blocked my ATM Debit Card Without any intimation. Now, although the account holds more than Rs. 50,000 in cash and but i still cannot use the balance because the whole procedure takes around 48 hours and that too if the customer calls and record the problem to the representative. For a meager amount of Rupees Bank charges I am unable to use my entire balance. I was in outstation and was in dire need of money but was unable to use it because of this issue.
