Not satisfied to TCS services. My silk bank card was dispatched from Karachi on 20/12/19 but still not received. TCS helpline dispose is also not positive. On TCS track id statements change date to date but that was totally bogus.five days before it’s shows that my shipment is hold at TCS office after one to two days it’s shows that shipment is scheduled to deliver but after it shows that yours shipment is ready to return. Meanwhile no person contact me from TCS. Yesterday it shows returned to bank and today it is showing sheduled to deliver . After this confused statement when I contact to my bank helpline they are saying that my card is returned back to bank. I m totally serprised from TCS
