i delever a letter from tcs badin office to shahfaisal colony karachi on 23-12-2019 time 11:13 am CN : 2065717773 my shipment still not deliver in 3 days from badin to karachi now time is 9:00pm date is 25-12-2019 . Who is responsible for delay and my important time waste my shipment very late who is responsible for my loss.
