i have leased a car toyota corola xli from MCB chandni chowk rawalpindi in aug 2013 with 7 years plan.
i have paid off my car on 29 sept 2016 and its been almost one and a half month now Bank is not issuing me my NOC..
plz sort my matter on immediate basis else wise i will hav to take some legal action..
car no is AD 189
