I am a valuable customer of HBL from last four years. Due to State Bank new regulation HBL block my debit card (without chip) more than two months ago. I waited for my new card as per say, after two weeks I called the HBL main branch on phone number 021111111425 to verify my information, they assured me that I will get my new card in eight to ten working days. But today when I called him again to enquirer about my card, the HBL representative told me they did nothing on my card and I need to call them again. The problem is each time when I call they charge me extra on phone services, to me it’s a worse type of consumer right violation. I am hoping you will entertain my complaint, thank you
