Sir! HBL Head Office book my ATM Card containing tracking no 30338608379 on 1st Nov from karachi to rawalpindi which is not yet delivered. I am asking about my card from TCS Helpline 021111123456 since previous week time to time and they told “It will be delivered to you in next or after next day” but after passing more than week till i not recieved my card. Time of delivery for bank mail is about 12 to 15 days but my card is not delivered after passing 23 days. Due to non availibility of ATM Card i am facing problems. I request you for delivery of card prior cotacting me on this no 03335391130. Kindly take necessary action.
