HBL sent me debit card and inform me sending through text at 28 October 2019 on my personal number. They also told me tracking id and that parcel should be delivered within ten days but still today I have not received parcel. My tracking id is telling that it is delivered to some Mr. Kamran.I want to know who is this Kamran and why parcel is not delivered to me yet. Is my problem could be solved here or I must have to go consumer court. My Tcs tracking id is 30342996265.
