COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SEPCO OFFICIALS
SUBJECT:- REQUEST FOR RESTORATION OF ELECTRICITY AND WAIVING OFF UNFAIR DETECTION DUES.
Respected Sir,
It is most humbly & respectfully I Shehzad Ahmed Khan s/o Wajid Ali Khan r/o Flat No.215, Royal Apartment Race course Road Sukkur, District Sukkur Sindh Province beg to submit some following lines before your kind honour for kind perusal with the hope that the same will be considered on actual grounds and relief will be given to me:-
That I am residing in aforesaid Flat since last 04 years and using Electricity Connection with Ref. No.02-38111-0052000 and about 03 months back the same was disconnected and also imposed various huge detection amount in last 04 years and as a result of said unfairness the gross amount of my Electricity Bill has reached on Rs.55919/-. I paid bills 02 times in last two months but electric connection is cannot be restored.
That Sir I made complaint regarding said injustice I made complaint against SEPCO officials at Prime Minister Delivery Unit / Pakistan Citizen Portal vide Complaint I.D No.SD231118-0361210) but unfortunately in reply of it SEPCO officials sent false and fabricated Report without inspecting the site. Since my grievances were never redressed as such I again made another complaint at PMDU Pakistan Citizen Portal vide Complaint I.D No.SD180919-4648055 but it is very disappointing to note that SEPCO Authorities again did not bother to inspect site and again replied false & fabrication to said complaint that I am using Electricity directly even it was already disconnected .
That there is very low usage of Electricity against my said Connection but detection is heavy and heavier and looking my genuine grievances your kind honour is requested to kindly take stern action against concerned SEPCO officials with directions to restore my Electricity connection at once and justice be done with me. Here it is also pertinent to mention that I am also enclosing relevant various Court Judgments in this behalf that Electricity Authorities are duty bound to restore my Electrify connection and waive off the detection amount and my current Bill is liable to be correct.
I am sending this application with the hope that justice will be given to me and my genuine grievances will be redressed and I will be manumit from inconvenience given to me by SEPCO officials.
