I have been requesting and logging daily since three days wef 21st Oct 19 on TCS Customer Care Service number for immediate pickup of goods delivered to me by a vendor against a registered account number with TCS. They are neither picking up the goods nor stating me a clear way that they are incapable of the services. Ultimately wasted my days which resulted in void of vendors term and condition for return/ replace policy. My recorded calls made to them are avail W in the system and they are always regretting me for the delay.
