I am Arif Javaid from Dera Ghazi Khan. I am using two number 0321-7495251 with me and 0321-7495351 in home. Last 03 months i am suffering from your bad services. I am using your monthly packages for both numbers. 02 Months ago my home number was not making calls while the monthly Super Duper Package was done and also valid but call were not going with reply that your balance in nor sufficient for call, i make many calls to help centers but in the last on 20th Sep i was informed that free call services was activated by company which is going to expire on 24th Sep and after that your Monthly package will continue. But for 02 Months company destroyed my Super Duper packages and calls can not be done with out balance.
I put complaint through help line and tried to discussed this matter with supervisor but the call attendant inform me that he is busy right now and will call you back but now any call received by your supervisor.
Now Once again my numer 0321-7495251 is reply me on call that your balance is to low for this call while I got active my monthly package on 18th Oct 19 and it will expire on next month 17th.
It means that company is collecting the money from customer on this way of fraud.
After getting monthly package my calls must be continued till next month on same network, I know your reply will be ” Your package is active please restart nor cell” but I have done this many times and also change the sim in other port.
The problem is same as after restart the cell many times and changing sim port also.
Now please inform me that should I change or convert to another net work.
