We ordered for Biology slides from Cambridge International UK on May 12, 2019. They dispatched ordered and mailed us within 2 to 3 days. They have sent us proof of delivery during September 2019. When we consulted TCS office they gave us tracking proof that some Adnan received parcel on gate. I am Coordinator of O/A Level from Garrison Academy Multan and believe me there was no Adnan on duty that day plus there was no sign of receiver on TCS proof. The person on duty was Arsalan. We haven’t received this parcel yet. Please take immediate action and provide us complete details. As I am going to make complain against TCS with Cambridge International as well. Because this is serious matter to us as Rs. 100,000 purchase is involved. Looking forward for your quick response.
