COURIER IS DAILY DELIVERED LATE MOSTLY AFTER 6:00 pm THAT IS AFTER BANKING HOURS THAT IS 5:00 pm AT OUR MCB BANK LTD., Prince Road Branch Quetta (1712).
BANK COURIER CONTAINS FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS LIKE PUBLIC SALARIES, PENSIONS etc. WE HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES TCS’ RIDER AND TCS OFFICE QUETTA CITY BUT THEY THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THIS VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. BANK COURIER REACH AT OUR BANK BRANCH BY 1:00 TO 2:00 pm AS IT USED TO BE !!!
Pathetic service. I asked them to deliver the parcel on TCS Sariyab Road branch Quetta near UOB. The person who sent me the parcel gave them the address of Sariyab Branch .. but they delivered it on Airport Road and asked me to come and pick it up .. I kept asking them to deliver it to Sariyab branch so that it would be easy for me to pick it up. Then again I went to the airport road branch where they said that my parcel is in sariyab road branch, I again went to sariyab road but it got closed, I called their customer care and this time they gave me a total different address which was Model Town’s branch, I went to model town and it got closed too. Then again they said that there’s a mistake and they are sorry for it and my parcel is on airport road, I again went to airport road but they said they don’t have it and that their system is not showing the airport road’s location. Literally pathetic service very very poor service. And here we are, it’s been 4 days and I still don’t know where my parcel is ♀️ .. they gave me a Whatsapp number and I have been texting on this number since yesterday but they don’t even bother to reply to their customers even when they are online 24/7. I would not give even a single star to them. Very very very bad customer care, I am really disappointed.
