Dear Sir/Madam…
I have booked GLI Manual 2016 GUN METALLIC Color ( Car Finance ) and paid 50 % advance to Bank Alfalah, Phase 7, bahria Town Rawalpindi in May 2016, but on the other hand receive this e-mail at the end of August as discontinution of GUN METALLIC color.
Please read this email thoroughly and check how Mr Simon neglect his duties.
How is that possible that PBO is issued and dealer dont have the client information, or dont know the company policies, nor from Bank Alfalah or Toyota Rawal called me once to discuss that matter, I have called Mr Simon 3 times for the confirmation of order.
1. On my first call He said no booking by this name or from Bank Alfalah.
2. On my second call After one week he confirmed.
3. Third time Misbehave when I request him to deliver the car in 3 months time. ( instead of excuse he threat me that I will delay or cancel your order… and this is what he did send me cancellation e-mail.
I there any one who can have check on these people..
Please i will waiting for early response…
