I had a HBL Visas debit card, which was expired on July, 2015. I went to bank for renewal of ATM card but the representative told me that auto renewal request being generated before expiry of each card, so i should wait for new card. After one week, i again visited my branch and this time they submitted my request for new card.
After one week, two ATM cards were received in the bank one generated automatically and one against my request. The manager handed over one of them to me. On 11, February 2016 two consecutive transactions were made regarding my ATM fee. i were told that one of them was pending (i.e 2015) and second one of 2016.
On 8 October 2016, same happened again. I got my annual bank statement and it came to know that i have been charged 4 times regarding ATM fee. when i call at HBL help-line the answer was ridiculous.
“Bank was deducting amount against that ATM card which was generated as duplicate by their own and even not delivered to me.”
Please refund my amount (Rs. 812 + 812) deducted twice.
