Dear Sir
There was a Parcel sent from Karachi to me through TCS which was done at 27-05-2019 (12:23), Slip No306027195844, ID.= 0519KHIX02223901263253 is still not received to me, When I contact to TCS Office, they are asking to me for Address, (Already written on Parcel). This is not good for your company Progress, We,d faced these kind of practices many times before.
Kindly look after this matter at periority basis.

Same problem is with Sargodha tcs main branch. I think maybe head of tcs is not compitan that’s why people are facing these problems rather they want to fail this service. Please take it seriously.
