The contact person, Asif Chaudhry, associated with Springfield Farms Islamabad is a BIG FRAUD! Stay away from this project and person. We made the mistake of purchasing a house with this fraudster in Bahria Enclave in 2014. The house collapsed after a few months! The fraudster made a contractual agreement, in writing, that he will construct a new house. In Feb 2019 we took possession of our “new” house which was pathetically constructed. The house is still not in our name because Asif the fraudster owes Bahria 25lacs on the plot. STAY AWAY! He’s a smooth talker, especially on facebook, but a crook in reality. Very sad that an extremely dishonest individual is still doing business in Pakistan.
