Sir, with due respect my consignment # 321005003847 with the consignee name Ibrahim Shah, & shipper Silkbank has not been delivered so far which was booked on 19/03/2019. TCS tracking shows Delivery attempted on 22/03/2019, Consignee premises closed, while on 22/03/2019 my premises remained open till 1 PM sharp.
My office timings are
9 AM to 1 PM daily
