Careem / Overly and wrongly charged, did not give receipt of my payment and no history found on my app history of that ride.

I booked cream tuesday morning at 8:45 the ride charges were in between 141 to 167 but at the end of ride the charges were 329. I paid 330 but still my credit balance are -1. Still various of mail did not receive any call from officials and found no receipt and detail of that ride in my app. Last ride were shown was about the friday ride, where is the detail and history of tuesday ride. It means u guys are fake and looting innocent people in the complications of the app.
