I am working in Aventis pharma which is courier partner of tcs all over Pakistan.My organization sent sweet voucher of one kg.The price of one kg is 400 rupees but Manager insist it’s only 350 per kg.Although I was capable to comprise position and asked him to verify the price but he was not able to understand and continue argument.
I made a choice to discard voucher not to pay but it’s also refused.It is stated the I am working in respectable organization and respectable person of society if tcs with multinational background compromising basic ethics so it will be big delimma.
I have registered my complaint through tcs helpline but no action taken.
After that I will request to my organization and will convence to review agreement with tcs because of low ethics,and I will ignore to receive or send any parsal through TCS.
