I have ordered a mobile model nmbr Lumia 950xl on olx. I sent him money via jazz cash before sending money, the fraud guy sent me his picture, id card copy, and also tcs receipt of my name Badar Hashmi. He told me that your order has been couriered via tcs. After receiving receipt i went to tcs office and show them receipt of my name, so they told me that this receipt is fake. I showed them pictures, that fraud guy sent me. Customer Service Guy told me that we have already received same number of receipt under different customers name. But they are all fake and frauds. I lost 8000 rps and othet customers lost 25000 rps,60000 rps etc, under the same category fraud. Just because of fake tcs receipt i lost my money and your customer service department is not taking proper actions against this fraud.They are just showing formalities that we will take action.
So Please apply pressure at your customer service department in gujranwala head office. Here is the detail of fraud guy who post fake items on olx and demand money:
