Dear Sir,
I sent A5 OPPO mobile from swabi tcs office to one of my friend in HARIPUR.when I handed mobile phone I showed all accessories of mobile in new packing, now today ,my friend received that mobile courier bur phone earphones wass missing, i called swabi TCS office but incharge was making excues and not taking my complaint although i have also did insurance courier by paking more money,so it is requested to take it seriously and take action against swabi tcs staff to recover my lost mobile phone original earphones. Thanks
