Respected sir,
I want to lodge my complaint about conduct of Madam Tanzeela of UBL Jinnah road branch code 0476 Quetta. She has not only misbehaved with my staff present in the branch but also wrongly returned my cheque.
I have noticed that madam has made it a routine to return my cheques and cash on different pretext.
I am a valued customer of your bank and expect a cordial relationship. Whenever there is any issue my presumption are that I will be contacted which is never done. What to say of contacting me whenever I call I am never responded through email. Meaning by we enjoy zero coordination level.
I am really worried that her conduct will bring an end to our financial relationship. I am not only inclined to close my own account but also direct other associate to close accounts.
You have to think on service quality of your bank.
I am also lodge my complaint through compliant box of UBL.
