I own a Suzuki Cultus 2016 Limited Edition in Islamabad. My car recently had an accident. I am having it repaired by a trusted 3rd party. Few parts which are not available i am trying to approach Suzuki 3S dealership.
I need windscreen, A/C Condenser unit, Chrome grill and monogram. I went to I-9, I-10 and G6 service centres. All 3 gave me different prices and when i asked them to give me the parts no body had them in stock. My question is how can these 3 have different prices. Another thing i saw cars being repaired at the service centres with similar parts being replaced yet they had none to offer me.
I have called the helpline also. They gave me regional office no. 051-5130299 which is not working til now dated 11:16 14 Jan 2019. Furthermore, the call centre told me that i need to get a quotation to lodge a complaint. I think he is not aware of the process being followed at suzuki centre. They are asking me to get my car inspected for a fee of 3000 and then they will give me a quotation of repair. Now, i need to invest atleast 9000 to prove that i am a genuine person with this problem.
I bought suzuki for the only reason that Suzuki has the largest Support infrastructure in the country. However, this situation has really made me thinking.
I am requesting all concerned to look into this matter with highest priority.
