I booked my Parcel from Karachi to Rawalpindi on 6th Dec 2018 around 8:30 P.m against CN ( 306025603654 ) . TCS Rep at Malir Cantt Office told me that the subject Parcel will be delivered tomorrow on 7th Dec ,2018 between 11 a.m to 5 p.m and no need of Urgent Parcel. On 7th Dec, 2018 , I contacted to TCS UAN No but they were just registering my complain and said concerned person of TCS will contact you soon and parcel may or may not be delivered today . you are requested to kindly follow my case and deliver it by tomorrow positively, and must order an inquiry that what are the reasons of this blunder.
