Respected sir,
hope you are fine and doing well, with due respected i have a big question on your department weather you are not paying salary to your employees or they are lazy. I installed new connection on 20-oct-2018 but my bill of PTCL has not been reached till date, when i visit to office he said to me its has been your responsibility to check it online or on machine which is installed only in PTCL office through which it deposit. Who is responsible for overdue charges. I have a pleasent requested that kindly send me my bill within due date ( G.T road exchange Peshawar).
