Collection of Debit Card
Reference to my today’s visit 12-12-18 to HBL JPMC Branch for collection of my cousin’s debit card who is now in Hyderabad. This morning the Bank Manager confirmed over telephone that the card is here you can collect against authority letter. When I visited today at 1:30 pm met Mr. Atif he denied to hand over the card even after talking with my cousin over telephone and having copy of authority letter and CNIC. I finally visited Manager’s room and requested him to release debit card of my cousin who is in Hyderabad and cannot visit branch to collect his card. Meanwhile ENT Specialist Professor Tariq Rafi entered in the branch, manager left his room immediately attended senior doctor. After a while I requested him to release the debit card but he shouted on me in front of all staff and people sitting inside the bank. I request senior authority to please take action on Unethical and Unprofessional Behavior of Manager HBL JPMC Branch KHI so that people visiting the branch feel respect.
