Respected sir,
With all due respect and protocol of yours worthy.It is stated that my name is Allah Ditta s/o Allah dad I had served as security guard in Phonix company for 26 years,after completing supperannuation age of 60 years on July 23 2017 an applied for EOBI old age pension on prescribed documents according to yours SOPS claim receipt for my EOBI pension is also attached here along with this application.
sir, it is stated that now my pension claim has not yet been approved.I am not getting my pension benefits of 5250rs/month since the July 23,2017.It is stated that after one year and four month has been gone passed since I have been retired from Phonix security company as security guard and not getting my pension from EOBI.I belong to a very poor family.I have to bear the expensive of my five childrens and I have no any other financial of income resources to manage my daily expenses.Now from onward I have also taken a lot of lone from my relatives because I have been living a miserable life.My financial condition is very hand to mouth.Please take pity on me hoping so for yours sympathetic behavior.
Now my pension claim has been pending since one year and four months and yet I have not paid my single month pension and also arears for the 16 months.
Arear claim from july 2017=5250*16=84,000/-
