Dear team I hope you are fine. I would like to inform you that i paid 650/- online by using my credit card **** **** **** 4325 on 31-10-2018, as bus fair for the route RWP to SKT on 01-11-2018 seat # 30. Bus was canceled due to “dharna” plus I didnt received any confirmation message or email regarding ticket although payment was already done. I though the payment will be reverted but this didnt happen. on the contrary my credit card account has confirmed the payment. I have also received email from my bank that 650/- has been transfered. kindly solve the problem or provide appropriate direction, thanks. I need refund.
Daewoo REFUND REQUEST # 1811060011. But they are not responding.
