yesterday I booked a ride for Karachi University and the total amount was 508 rupees and the rider took 1020 rupees from me its not about money its all about making people fool. I am very much disapointed from this app.
This ride payment 70 rupe but not add my wallet ..captain ask me first ride 70 rupe payment …
Captain ne pese bi liy or add nahi kyaa..or kheta hai k -nagative me chal Raha hai apka account..
I booked bykea 4 time rider was not coming to location he was standing in his same location and when i cancel the ride bykea charged me around 200 this is not good thing which is happend if this money given back in my account i’ll start using careem bike service
Sir ajj subha 10:15 AM maine ride book ki thi Site Area Any ke liye KJO 3463, rider nay mujye 5 min mai any ko kaha lakin 20 min kuzar jany ke bad mainy dobara call ki tu yahi kaha ke 5 min mai aa raha ho. Mai office ke liye late ho raha tha mai ny ride cancel kar ke dobara ride book ki tu same rider nay phir say ride accept ki. Mery account mai Rs 16 pehly say majood thy ride cancel karne per wo negative mai chale gaye or mera bill zyada bana Rs 68 ka bill tha Rs 14 mila ke 82 bana. ye kaha ki ziyati hai?
Rider agar apka door hota hai tu ride q accept karta hai? captain agar ride cancel kare tu kuch nahi hota agar hum ride cancel kare tu amount negative ho jata hai.. Plz mere account mai wapsi mera balance add kiya jaye.
