Asif Choudhry the owner of vertex he is fraud and is know to launch projects and keep money. He did this scam in gulber and bahria. He is involved in this project
Please do not invest here it will be the same mess. He will sell the plots multiple times and keep you money and never deliver
I know Mr Asif Shafiq and vertex International from last many years,I always found him a genuine man and I never saw him indulged in any fraudulent case and I can only see a great psoitive energy in his work.I feel bad to see and know as Mr Asif is vicitm of conspiracies,as people are trying to throw negative impression in jealousy and competition.I wish him a good luck for future and pray he comes out of these rumors soon.
Owner is a fraud google him lots of people never got houses. His father was in police and he knows the trucks how to delay.
If you bought house you have to go to court it will take time and headache but only option.
