I had booked 3 tickets on 24th,sep 2018, I paid 9000 total amount through jazzcash online app. The bus was dropped by daewoo service from rawalpindi to larkana but when I asked for refund they told me there process for upto 7 days in refunding total amount but today 7 days has been completed yet I have not got my amount back. what about if somebody has taken the amount from someone else and your company does not gives amount back till 7 days, other persons reputation does not mean to you that so why you take too much time?
what the hell this company is? when ever I used to call your customer care employees gives response rudely? do you care for someone else or not? I want my money back as soon as possible.
