Consumer – Balance Stealing
Respected Sir/Madam:
Salam:
This is third time, and now I am at my limit. I am planning to say goodbye to Zong because Zong is stealing my money.
I upload 100 Rupees Card and then within one week, the balance gets zero. This is third time happening.
Request to send me my usage details for last two months, so you and I can verify about balance stealing.
I need usage details and escalation of this problem.
