Dear Sir/Madam,

I have visited the Jazz customer care Franchise at 02/08/18 to shift or convert my Post paid service (03007288668) to Prepaid services. I fulfilled all the formalities, paid all the charges and pending bills. Abid Ali Chishti jazz franchise agent take the payments and give me the receipt of all the payments .he also take 200 over charges without any receipt .he gave me the written evidence of my refund payment which will be refunded on 20/09/18 but when i visited the office at the decided date which is mention on the refund receipt . He is not refunding me and misbehaving me and saying that you have to again pay the charges and the bill . kindly take some serious action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
