Dear sir,
On 18-09-18 I had recharged Rs. 120/- vide Ref No. 0135670000122253 for renewing my weekly package (*700#). Upon dialing to *700# I got msg of “INSUFFICIENT BALANCE” even, I was also HELPLESS for dialing helpline due to the reason same.
This situation has been troubling me for the last 5 or 6 weeks. Kindly loon into and resolve.
