The most poor bank and poor customer support. The Worst Bank i’ve ever seen in my life. Entire UBL department sucks. Toll free numbers are always engaged. No email response, no proper email system. No co-operation from branch. Totally rude behavior of branch managers. I dont know why the hell this bank is still in operation.

Especially The Liberty Signal (Tariqroad) branch which is shifted from shahrah-e-faisal (Nursery) market.

Mr Asad the Previous branch manager is totally arrogant, punk and ill mannered person . With the existing staff Mr Atif and Ms. Shameela.

My father having account in this branch from 22 years and now they have blocked the debit for no reason. I asked them several times what is the reason of blockage and the whole staff is unable to answer.

Ms Shameela (Operational Manager) search for the reason but at the she said i dont know the reason of blockage.

Then i came with my father as he is now too old and cant walk properly. On behalf of him i was dealing everything. After too much hassle i took my father to the bank. They took thumb impression and ask me to write an application. Now everything is done but still account is not active yet.

The most dangerous bank. Our money is stuck and nobody gives a fuck about this in ubl. Shittiest bank. I am mailing this to state bank as well. Whole Management is sleeping.

You guys made us tired to run behind you. Inshallah each and every person will bear the same in ubl staff.
