I have a complaint about atm transaction.i used the atm card of mcb on 1st sep 2018 @13:25:36 for a transaction of 4000 for cash withdrawal the amount came out but i could not collect the payment and amount is reverse back to atm machine i have also written an application in mcb branch 1702 but my amount is not reverse back to my acount kindly resolve my issue.
I ghulam murtaza today at 1153 made a transaction of 50000 rupees amount not received but SMS alert said u have transactioned 50000 and yet not reversed I am a salery person and in these days I have nothing in my hand I have also complained
