I shah murtaza holding the K-electric consumer having no.LB217357 meter no.SAF68403,A/C no.0400021107768 complaint about the faulty meter receive through E-mail 8008448794 submit personally in written application which i got ticket no 8008489190
I just received the bill of august 16 Rs 27397.00 it was shocking for me that i am the regular paid costumer i never delay of my payment
Regarding bill issue the team of meter reader show the reading for the month of April to July Avg reading and gave instruction on bill “ABNORMAL DISPLAY” even though the department did not take any notice although that should be intimate to the consumer by sending the bill of Rs.27397. IB nazimabad department concerned officer did not know about my meter is it a manual or digital . They calculate my reading with faulty reading when it show the reverse reading although the digital meter will never be reverse.
My average reading in the previous month before the meter show faulty reading
January 16 number of unit 101 bill charge Rs.1524.
February 16 number of unit 155 bill charge Rs.1356.
or the previous history of my consume number of unit not above 200 units
It was really shocking and torching for me that even on faulty meter reading average reading send to me rating bill above 3000 or in the month of july Rs.9000.00.
This is what the department shows there costumer service, this is what we get form your side that we have to pay the false bill which was generated by the system.
I request to the respected motasiba ala look into the matter and justify this request because i get threat from the K-electric department to disconnect notice and how could i pay this amount which i couldn’t pay.
