I buy kilometers in careem and two days back they just blocked my account and when I asked they gave the reason of fraudulent activity on my credit card, I have attached the proof of my remaining balance .
I contacted them by all means but they stop replying my emails and when I call them they just give a new reason every time and don’t listen to my problem, at start they said don’t worry you kilometers unit will be back, then asked me to wait for 24 hrs, but after 24 hrs i got no response I called again and they said you will not able to use your account even your units will not be back ..
