KE careless management?
I want to question from KE what reason did not deliver current month KE bill and asking consumer via EMAIL that do not wait for the physically distributed bill to arrive. You may also retrieve your Duplicate Bill through our official website. KE has already made arrangements with all banks to receive your electricity bill’s printed copy
It means KE dis continue to deliver electric bill through courier but why doing this thing which creates for millions of consumers problems and hardship to proof what?
Those who no access to net than how creates problems for those consumers KE never realized, more interesting to share KE claimed that provide maximum convenience to its consumers but without distribute billing & conduct load shedding totally un-schedule in which what kind of convenience they provide to its consumers?
I request to NEPRA, GOVERNOR OF SIND and Power Minister to take immediate notice and instruct KE to must delivery the electric bill in PHYSICAL instead of asking consumer to take print out of duplicate bill.
KE current bill issuing date Jul 12, 18 and last date Jul 26, 18, does adopting this policy to do not deliver bill what kind of satisfaction KE management enjoys?
