I would like to complaint about the product I received on 25th June. I ordered a back cover of Infinix Zero 4 Plus from the given shop name above via Daraz. I tried to order it almost 4 5 months ago and they cancelled my ordered. Now I ordered this and upon receiving the package, I was humiliated by the treatment I got because it looked like the back cover was all painted just before the delivery and didn’t let it settle down. Upon receiving the paint started to come off and it became all smelly. I complained right away but your complaint mail account kept on asking for the the refund policy which i neither had “A voucher” or “Bank Deposit”. I sent 3 4 mails and tried to resolve this issue but I am disappointed of the treatment being a regular customer, I am being treated this way. I would be waiting for you to respond to my request.
