Subject:- LEAKAGE OF GAS BEFORE CMS OF MONNOO INDUSTRIES.

Dear Sir
With reference to the subject this is for your information and necessary action thatGas supply line before our CMS crossing the hudyara drain condition is very poor due to corrosion and erosion (due to toxic gases of drain) often found gas leakage there which could cause very serious accident so you are requested to please arrange the replacement of that line on urgent basis.
Currently gas is continuously leaking we have launch complain on help line (1199) but nobody visits the sight.

Subject line is routed with hanging bridge that needs maintenance work too and due welding during maintenance there is a chance of fire.
So you are again requested to please arrange repairing/ replacement of rusted, eroded supply line. Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
