1. I, Mr. Muhammad Arif vide PBO # 4014376 booked Toyota GLI MT from Indus Motor Company Pakistan through its authorized dealer on November 20, 2017 with tentative delivery in June 2018. My vehicle was booked at Pak Rupees 1, 889, 000/-.
2. In December 2017, the company cancelled thousands of booking orders due to which I hoped for an early delivery of the vehicle but the company didn’t give me any benefit of these cancellations.
3. On May 12, 2018 I received a message from the company with good news of one month early delivery subject to the condition that remaining dues to be deposited by May 15, 2018. M/s Indus Motor Company’s this condition was fulfilled but the vehicle was not delivered to me in May 2018. The company was contacted through its customer relations email and after several reminders I was informed on 9th June 20, 2018 that my vehicle has been dispatched today but besides that eight months have lapsed since booking of vehicle, I have not received the vehicle so far.
4. I have also been forced to deposit Pak Rupees 2, 049, 000/- instead of booked price of 1, 889, 000/-. The reason was told to me that vehicle price has increased and price at the time of delivery prevail. It may please be noted that Indus Motor Company has delayed delivery of my vehicle deliberately then why I have been forced to pay additional amount. The company has also failed to fulfill its commitment of one early delivery.
5. Based on above, following may please be inquired from Indus Motor Company Pakistan
i. Why delivery of vehicle against booking order # 4014376 has been delayed besides that thousands of bookings were cancelled and early delivery was possible?
ii. Delay in delivery of my vehicle is on part of Indus Motor Company Pakistan, then why I have been overcharged?
iii. Why Indus Motor Company Pakistan has failed to fulfill its commitment of delivery of vehicle in May 2018 and the company to be advised to return me the overcharged amount as compensation for not fulfilling its commitment.
iv. Why the vehicle has not been received to me besides that eight months have lapsed since booking of vehicle and the company to be advised to compensate me against late delivery.
