I would like to submit my complaint regarding my over due charges. I once booked careem go on 15-May-2018 (Tuesday) from Jinnah Terminal Thokar to bahria town. Careem go captain first picked my ride than cancel while asking he said it was app mistake. I would like to ask, if it was a captain or app mistake than why this charges is added on my credit. From than I am using uber instead of careem because I will not pay for others mistake
