WAPDA OFFICERS SHOULD RESPECT THE CONSUMERS

I want to draw the kind attention of chairman Wapda Lahore that ON EID Holidays, the Chief Executive IESCO Islamabad Region deploy the duty of three Nos Wapda officers of grade 18 for the redressing of electricity complaints promptly of the Wapda consumers round the clock.The notification of duty list of the Wapda officers along with names and phone Nos of the wapda officers is also advertised in all the leading newspapers for the information of Wapda consumers.
But it is always observesd that when any consumer of Wapda contact the wapda officer on duty for lodging the electricity complaint, the wapda officers on duty are always speaking with wapda consumers in most rudely ways.
The wapda officers on duty are never taught that how to speak in politely way and how to respect their most respected consumers of Wapda ?
In this connection, I will request to federal minister of water & power and chairman wapda to kindly issued most strictly RED Warning to all Wapda officers that
1) In future, no any arrogant officer of Wapda should dare to speak in most rudely and abusely ways with any consumer of Wapda.
2) That It is utmost responsibility of chairman Wapda that he should teach all the Wapda officers that how to behave well in most pleasing and politely way with most respected consumers of Wapda.
3) That in spite of this, if most proudest and most arrogant officers of Wapda have not mend their habitual un sociable bad attitude of dealing with Wapda consumers in rudely way, then the Chairman Wapda is fully right to terminate the service of such arrogant officers of Wapda .
4) That similarly, the pay/pension/commutation/medical facilities /free electricity facilities of such terminated officers of Wapda under act 57A should be forefeited and should be ceased for ever.
5) That in order to serve most valuable and most respected consumers of WAPDA, I will advise to chairman Wapda that one special complaint cell should be set up in Wapda House Lahore for promptly redressing of the consumers complaints.
6) That it is also advised to chairman WAPDA to install secret closed circuit CTV Cameras(COMPLETELY SEALED) at secret locations in all the office rooms of the Wapda officers which controlling system should be functioned in wapda house Lahore. In this way,the chairman wapda can check any office of Wapda at any time by sitting in Wapda house Lahore.
7) That it is also advised to chairman Wapda that one special inspection team of grade 20 officers should visit at every circle office of IESCO Islamabad Region once in a month regularly to hold OPEN KUTCHERY and this team should listen the complaints of the WAPDA consumers against the Wapda officers and this special Inspection team should redress the genuine complaints of the WAPDA consumers on the spot and should terminate the most inefficient officers of wapda on the spot.
8) That without taking any drastic action against most ineffient, Most cruel ,Most TAKABER PASAND and most corrupted officers of Wapda by terminating their wapda services, the working system of Wapda can not be improved.
9) That if chairman Wapda is really want to set right the working system of Wapda,the the most useful suggestions are the following.
10) (A)- The bogus professional Degrees of SUB-STANDARD Engineering University of Non-Intelligent officers ( Whose don’t even know the ABCD of the engineering courses )should be cancelled. (B)- That all officers of WAPDA who have completed 15 years of Wapda services should be retired from the WApda service in order to crush their corruptions, TAKABER PASANDI and MONOPOLY in WAPDA, (C)- In future, only most intelligent, highly educated,most honest,most patriotic persons of GOOD BLOODED FAMILIES should be appointed in Wapda for the improving of working position of WAPDA.===========================
