NO WATER IN IQBAL TOWN

I want to draw the kind attention of Prime Minister of
Pakistan of Care Taker Government of Pakistan through your esteemed leading newspapers of Pakistan toward the most serious problem / matter of Water supply of Iqbal Town Rawalpindi and with an humble request to kindly take most serious action against the most irresponsible and most inefficient officers of Wasa in order to set right the most worst working position of department of WASA.
The complete detail is depicted below for your kind perusal,
It is the scorching & hottest summer season of JUNE but there is no water supply for the last more than two weeks in iqbal Town Rawalpindi as well as in most of the others localities of the twin city of Rawalpindi.
It is said that there is insuffient stock of quantity of water at lake of KhanPur Dam.
Similarly The wheather is completely dried and there is no sign / indication of rain till first week of july 2018 only except a few chances of drizzles in the month of june 2018 ie before july.
The resident s of Iqbal town are now consuming the water of the officially tube well installed by the govt of Punjab last year.
But this tube well will be run dried out in a few days, then what will be the solution of the solving of the this most important problem of scarety of water of water supply problem in the minds of the most inefficient officers of WASA Rawalpindi
It is a matter of most surprised that all the WASA officers are sitting idle all the day in their air conditioned office rooms of the WASA office complex building
And it is also a matter of most surprised that all the Wasa Officers are receiving monthly pay of Rs o.4 to Rs 0,9 millions every month without showing any efficiency of showing of good performance of their official duty to
serve the consumers of WASA in most efficient way
But it is not understood that why this situation of scarety of water Has been occurred in Iqbal Town Rawalpindi?
Tha main reason reason is that It is the fault of
The most inefficient officers of WASA.
It is only because of the lack of future planning by the WASA Officers .
The most inefficient and irresponsible officers of Wasa have never made any future planning for the improvement of Water Supply System.
For examples , The WASA officers have not constructed at least five Nos of the artificial lakes in the open areas out sides of the Rawalpindi for the collection of raining waters in the artificial lakes
Three years ago, my one article was appeared in a section of press of leading news papers of Pakistan in which I had submitted most useful suggestions to Managing Director WASA , for solving of most important problem of Water Supply ?
But concernd Managing Director Wasa had not considered my most useful suggestions .
But Why ? It is because of the reason that all the officers of WASA don’t want to improve the improving of Water Suply system of Rawalpndi.
My most useful suggestions were the following
1)- Meters should be installed at every connection of of consumer of water supply.
2)- Most Nos of Arificial lakes & nwater resoirvers should be constructed out side of Rawalpindi in the open scattered areas for the storage of raining waters
3)- Those consumers of Wasa who are using more than 900 gallons qty of water per month should be charged water supply bills five times amount of Rupees than that of actual tariff rates .
In this way, most of the WASA consumers will not waste the water and sufficient qty of water will be saved and this saved water can be utilized fot others consumers the whole period of the one full year
4)- All the private tankers owners should be registered
In the police record so that no any water tanker owner should dare to steal water from Wasa water supply
5)- Similarly , closed TV cameras should be installed at every water supply water tanks, water brousers
In order to check the theft of water by wasa staff and tankers
6)- It is learnt that most of the Afghani and tribes area persons have constructed illegle huge sizes of under ground water tanks at hidden places .hence most of the 50 % qty of Water of WASA water supply are being thefting and the owners of illegal under ground water tanks are selling the same water to private water tankers & hotels but WASA officers have never tried to arrest such thefters because WASA staff is also involved in this bad practice of Business
7)- WASA officers have never engaged one special Magisterate on deputation for WASA Court
8)- Similarly, the WASA officers have never engaged one special police team on deputation in WASA for arresting theafters and criminal persons of WASA involving in theadting of water from water supply lines illegally,
9)- That in order to improve the working position of WASA, I will request to Prime Minister of Pakistan to kindly entrust the full administration control of department of WASA to the Army officers
10)- Because the army officers can run the department of WASA in most efficient ways because Army officers will arrests all the thefters of the water from the water supply lines who have constructed illegal underground water tanks at hidden locations and they are causing of closing of Water supply
for the actual consumers of WASA.
I hope that the Prime Minister of Pakistan will surely set right the working position of Wasa and will hand over the department of WASa to Army officers for improving of working position of WASA
