Dear Careem,
I would like to inform you that i had lodged a complaint against a refund and i was refunded Rs105 but today when i checked my wallet balance their was amount existing in my wallet. and i have not booked any ride after that day. i lodge my complaint on 23rd Wednesday
i would appreciate if you look into the matter and reply as soon as possible
