My over a dozen e-mails pointing out my disgusting condition for not getting access to limo captain profile remain unattended. Not even courtesy reply. My 2 visits to careem lahore defence office only fetched excuses promising rectification within few hours but alas… It is a common practice with lahore careem to sleep and sleep well on the complaints. Gone are the days when we used to get replies instantly. Probably noe days seem to be numbered.
